Delivery Policy
We show the real delivery window on each product page before you pay.
Delivery lines (each product page shows the one that applies):
UK warehouse: Ships from a UK warehouse. Usually arrives in about 3–7 days after dispatch.
International warehouse: Ships from an international warehouse. Usually arrives in about 4–10 working days after dispatch (plus supplier processing).
UK warehouse: Ships from a UK warehouse. Usually arrives in about 3–7 days after dispatch.
International warehouse: Ships from an international warehouse. Usually arrives in about 4–10 working days after dispatch (plus supplier processing).

Halloween orders
Provisional order-by date for Halloween: Thu 22 Oct Provisional, for UK-warehouse stock only. It'll be confirmed per product. If a product can't arrive before 31 Oct, its page will say so, and we won't promise a Halloween arrival.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also use Track order.
Split deliveries
Items in one order may come from different warehouses and arrive separately. We'll let you know if that happens.
Late or missing parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the window shown, contact us and we'll investigate. If it's significantly late you may cancel for a full refund.
