When will my order arrive?

Each product page shows its delivery window before you buy, and delivery to UK addresses is free.

Where do you ship from?

Orders ship from fulfilment partners' warehouses, in the UK and overseas. The product page tells you which.

Can I return something?

Yes. UK customers have a 14-day right to cancel after delivery. See Returns (draft).

Will my Halloween order arrive in time?

For UK-warehouse stock the provisional order-by date is Thu 22 Oct. It's being confirmed per product. If something won't make it, we'll say so on its page.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking link by email, or use Track order.

What payment methods do you accept?

Card payments through Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Are the reviews real?

Yes. We only show reviews from real customers. That's why there aren't any yet.
